Description
The 5 gallon water filling machine is for filling drinking water
into 3 gallon or 5 gallon bottle, 20 liter bottle.The complete line
has inside and outside washing machine,filling machine and capping
machine, it is the ideal equipment for filling pure water and
mineral water. The whole unit is made of the stainless steel, meets
the demands of food hygiene, with the feature of reasonable
structure, easy in operation, exact action.This machine has compact
structure, low floor area, high efficiency, low cost , high quality
and high degree of automation. The washing process include alkali
liquid inside and outside washing by disinfecting water inside and
outside washing by pure water, the alkali and disinfecting water
can be used cyclically. The whole washing, filling and sealing
process is controlled by PLC, and has the safe device for
interlock, signal and self-detection.
