Bottling Machine
This machine is mainly used for the filling of pure water, mineral
water and other non-gas and sugar-free beverages in plastic
bottles. It is an integrated equipment for washing, filling and
sealing.
It adopts hanging type air conveyor to make change bottle model
more convenient, faster and cleaner. the main machine adopts
advanced PLC control technology, the key electric elements adopt
international famous products or according to customer's
customized.
The filling temperature of this machine is 55-95ºC hot filling, It
adopts suspension air conveyor. When change the bottle, It only
needs to adjust the conveying width, which is more efficient and
labor-saving. Filling action is smooth, fast, high precision,
reliable sealing, low material loss and other functions, avoid
secondary pollution of materials effectively.

3, The entire filler is gravity filling system .High accurate
SUS304L construction filling nozzle, make sure high accurate
filling level SUS304L liquid bowl, & pipeline system .Filling level
adjustable by choosing different silicone gasket (quick change over
parts)
4, No bottles, no filling .Annulus Liquid bowl, with automatic
water level controller.
5, High speed filling line is of clamp transferring technology. Bottle
shapes are more varied, and the working table inside the machine is
more laconic.
6, Place and capping system .Automatic caps arranging, feeding
.Electromagnetic capping heads, with burden discharge function ,all
