Machine description
a. Bottle feeding mechanism
| 1) The air conveyor is directly connected to the bottle inlet
wheel. |
| 2) The bottle-infeed wheel adopts the innovative design of the
bottle-mouth clamping mechanism with splitting function, which
eliminates the bottle screw and the conveyor chain. It is not
necessary to replace and adjust any part when doing with different
bottles. |
b. Disinfectant rinsing machine, aseptic water rinsing machine
| 1) Sterilization with two-wheel disinfectant ensures both effective
disinfection time and disinfectant consumption. |
| 2) Washing machine is electronically controlled, each washing
branch adopts imported pneumatic diaphragm valve, which is
controlled by PLC to realize the opening and closing of the bottle
flushing valve. |
| 3) Aseptic water bottle washer has steam shielding to avoid
contamination of sterile water by microorganisms. |
| 4) Compared with the traditional water-distributing tray structure,
this electronic bottle flushing has a simple structure, no relative
sliding mating surface and sanitary corner, easy to clean, and can
withstand acid and alkali cleaning liquid and has a long service
life. |
| 5) Pneumatic diaphragm valves and electrical control systems are
installed in the operation space of the filling room for easy
observation and maintenance, and can reduce the aseptic space. |
| 6) Rotating disksare all welded with stainless steel AISI304. |
| 7) Large flat-toothed bearings for smooth and reliable operation. |
| 8) The bottle holder is made of stainless steel AISI304, which is
hygienic and durable. |
| 9) Bottle clamps and lifting sliding sleeves are all German igus
corrosion-resistant maintenance-free bearings. |
c. Transition wheel
| 1) Make the bottle to flip over the transition wheel to win the
maximum bottle washing time. |
| 2) There is aseptic water washing nozzle at the transition wheel
between the filling machine and the capping machine to rinse the
residual material at the thread of the bottle mouth. |
| 3) Replace the traditional dial with a bottle-necked bottle clip.
When using different bottles shape, there is no need to adjust the
height of this machine, and no need to replace or adjust any parts.
Adapt to thinner, lighter bottle shapes and reduce costs of bottle
producing. |
d. Material filling machine
| 1) It adopts non-contact filling way, which can effectively prevent
secondary pollution; |
| 2) It is used with imported pneumatic diaphragm filling valve, to
measure the filling capacity with KROHNE (or E+H) high-precision
electromagnetic flowmeter to realize the valve opening and closing. |
| 3) The filling valve has simple structure, easy to clean, can
withstand acid and alkali cleaning liquid and high temperature of
150 °C; it has a long service life. The filling valve port adopts
patented slow-flow device of our company, which can effectively
prevent material from foaming and overflowing. |
| 4) Electromagnetic flowmeter and pneumatic diaphragm filling valve
and flow electrical control system are installed in the operation
space of the filling room, which is convenient for users to observe
and repair, then can reduce the aseptic space. |
| 5) The filling machine is equipped with an automatic CIP cleaning
system, which can effectively clean the inner and outer walls of
the filling valve, contacting with material. The CIP cleaning
process is automatically completed by the PLC. |
| 6) The filling machine has its own liquid cylinder and is equipped
with a pressure and liquid level sensor to monitor the condition of
the material in the liquid tank in real time. |
| 7) The rotating disks are all made of stainless steel AISI304. The
support bearing is a large flat toothed ball bearing, which is
stable and reliable. |
e. Capping machine
| 1) Imported aseptic capping machine: no lubrication, corrosion
resistance, hygienic and reliable. |
| 2) There is bottle-feeding detection switch at capping part,
together with the cap locking cylinder control discharging the caps
to ensure that it will stop feeding caps when no bottles coming,
and reduce the caps loss. |
| 3) A set of photoelectric switches are installed on the cap loading
rails. When no caps are on the cap loading rails, the machine will
automatically stop running and alarm, which can effectively avoid
the situation of no caps. |
| 4) COP/SOP nozzles are provided for surface cleaning and
sterilization of the capping mold, the stop-rotary cutter and the
cap dialing disc. |
